There were 294 sheep and 101 cattle at the recent Hobson & Co Adelaide sale. Prices were exceptional, with Mr Derek Painter fetching as much as R16.66/kg for his one slaughter cow. Prices for sheep were very competitive, with the quality surprisingly very mixed for an Adelaide sale. Prices were as follows:
