The first EC Midlands Boran sale held by Hobson & Co was Held at the Botanics Sports Ground in Graaff Reinet. The quality of stock on offer was outstanding, with demand not being good on the day. The top priced heifer sold for R33000 and the top priced pregnant cow for R25000. Both animals were both sold by Bokkie Kritzinger. The top priced bull sold by Corn van der Watt for R30000.
