Sale Report
The Frontier Bonsmaras group held their Bull & Production sale in Grahamstown yesterday.
143 buyers from throughout the country registered for the auction, where the amazing 100% sale of bulls was maintained for the 19th successive year!
Congratulations to all the bull & female sellers on the great quality of the stock on offer. Bidding was brisk on all lots where both bull & female prices exceeded all expectations.
The top priced bull was lot 28, DAJ 22 070, bred by Justin Stirk and purchased by Waldo Dreyer from Kenton on Sea.
9 bulls sold for between R35000 & R50000, 36 between R55000 & R75000, 17 between R80000 & R95000, and 12 bulls between R100000 & R170000.
